Other Information

• All wood for the veranda is pre-impregnated with treatment (excluding roof) as standard and delivered as a kit.
• Colour of the pre-impregnated boards are as show above (exept the painted Freestanding)
• Standard colour of roof shingles is green - other colours available (please specify colour when ordering).
• If adding a veranda to an order for a Lugarde log cabin or garden room the main building must be made taller - please speak to Addison Ousebank for specification on this.
• Free standing verandas are available in the following modular sizes; 2.4m x 2.4m (VV01), 2.4m x 3m (VV02), 2.4m x 3.6m (VV03), 3m x 3m (VV04), 3m x 4.8m (VV05), 3.6 x 3.6 (VV06) and 4.2 x 4.2 (VV07)
• When ordering a freestanding veranda please provide a drawing of where the opening/s are required.
• All verandas come standard without a timber floor but floors can be added on as an optional extra.  Floors are high pressure impregnated with treatment to prevent decay.
• Decorative bow (arches) can be added on as optional extras.
