All buildings include as standard VEKA PVCu double glazed windows and doors.  Toughened double glazed sealed units to low level / safety areas.  All buildings are lined and insulated throughout. 

Roof covering tobe either 'Metro' steel tiles or Cedar Shingles.  Internal lining boards: 9mm MDF with ceiling being vaulted or flat.  All buildings are treated as standard with optional solid paint finishes as shown on most models below.  Internally insulated with 'foil backed Celotex'.

Fully installed by experienced installation teams.  All prices include VAT and installation onto a prepared level base.

• 75mm x 50mm softwood framing with 15mm T&G softwood Cladding
• Fully insulated floor, walls and ceiling using 50mm foil backed Cellotex to walls and ceiling and 50mm polystyrene to floor.
• Standard Roof has Cedar Shingles or Metro tile roof.
• Standard internal cladding; is white primed flat 9mm MDF boarding to walls and ceiling,  untreated kiln dried T&G matchboarding also available - please ask for details.
• Standard Windows: Two fixed windows (two pane) and two opening windows (side hung)
• Standard floor finish is 22mm heavy duty mositure resistant V313 floor; optional upgrade to Laminate flooring available in a choice of three colours.
• Veluxe windows can be added for extra cost.  (Please ask for details)
• Solid Insulated internal walls can be added for only £17.50 per ft run
• Internal solid timber door can be added for extra cost.  (Please ask for details)
• Extra windows and doors can be added depending on building style. POA.
